Cabling Network Services is a division of "CNS" (Computer Network Support) an I.T. company servicing clients with repairs, software upgrades hardware refresh, staffing solutions, project management, moves, network support and help desk services nationwide and Canada. We have techinicans throughout the USA and Canada for companies with multiple locations.
In 2015 CNS expanded servics and opened a new division to accommodate our clients for their cabling and upgrade network infrastructures rathern than searching elsewhere. CNS was already knowledgeable with the current network infrastructure of our existing clients so when planning an upgrade, new buildout or just simply adding drops our clients turned to CNS. Since 2015, we have completed cabling projects throughout the state of California for both private business and government projects in both Copper cable and Fiber Optics.
We are fully licensed with trained professional installers of copper and fiber optic solutons. Cabling network services offers our clients full evaluation of their network infrastructure with designs and installation for Data, Fiber, VoIP, Camera and Wireless Access Points. I’m Thomas Stravino of CNS; Computer Network Support & Cabling Network Services) An I.T Service firm & Structured Cabling company. We started our business in 1992 in computer & printer repairs. As technology changed so did CNS. Our firm grew from repairs and field service to I.T staffing on medium to large projects. Our business is driven by customer demands for more services from a single source vendor. With customers looking at CNS for additional I.T related services, CNS saw the need for Structured Voice / Data infrastructure design & installation. In 2015 CNS obtained our contractors license in low voltage and expanded our I.T Service based firm to include structured cable design and installation.
Our cable division has been a huge success with our client base as we tie in both I.T services and Structured Cable. Even further as our industry is moving to video surveillance under the network side of the business, CNS has furthered our service offerings to CCTV design and installation of the infrastructure and camera systems. At CNS we are proud of our Structured Cable teams. We adhere to all standards and best practices set by EIT/TIA associations and follow strict building codes set by state & local municipalities. Testing, Labeling, as-builds
We test every cable installed with our “Fluke DSX 5000” Cable analyzer ensuring every cable is at its maximum performance. Upon completion of install we submit a documentation certification report including test results and graphs with “As-build” drawings of the project.
Site surveys / job Walks
We recommend site surveys at no cost* to ensure you are quoted correctly for the project avoiding costly change orders due to unseen repairs needed or pathway blockage requiring core drilling and other circumstances. We prepare a printout of what is needed to ensure the installs are to current code thereby proposing an estimate you can budget for saving unnecessary expenses. There are many factors that contribute to an accurate quote.
Our “get a quote” form is based on – non obstruction of cable pathways, less other unforeseen circumstances that contribute to higher budgets. We will always provide you with all the options with cost savings at the top of the list.
